Where to Enjoy Festive Bottomless Brunch in Newcastle
If there is one thing the people of Newcastle can do well it is a bottomless brunch, so naturally in the run up to Christmas, many of our best brunch spots are adding a festive twist and offering festive bottomless brunch. If you’re a fan of day drinking then bottomless brunch is a great option, and the same applies if you’re looking for a group activity. So here’s where you can enjoy festive bottomless brunch in Newcastle this Christmas.
Aveika Festive Bottomless Brunch
Situated along the Quayside, Aveika’s Christmas-themed brunch includes Japanese-inspired dishes served alongside bottomless drinks. Priced at £44.95 per person, you choose one from a selection of dishes that includes salmon teriyaki, chicken katsu curry, salmon bowl with sticky rice, teriyaki beef roast and mini sliders to name a few, and this is paired with unlimited drinks for 90 minutes.

Manhatta Bottomless Brunch & Bottomless Party
Manhatta is one of the newest bars in Newcastle, found on Collingwood Street and they’re offering two versions of festive bottomless brunch. First up is the traditional bottomless brunch with a festive twist.
For £35.95pp, it’s available until 3pm and includes two hours of bottomless drinks. The drinks selection is impressive, offering an array of options such as Prosecco, Orchard Apple Spritz, Bloody Mary, Aperol Spritz, Grey Goose variations, Coors beers, and a range of non-alcoholic beverages like the Watermelon Baller or Passion Fruit & Ginger Spritz.
The menu has the festive twist, with choices like the ‘Hogs & Kisses’ warm soft pretzel, adorned with a fried egg, pigs in blankets, and Monterey Jack cheese, or the ‘Lemon and Mascarpone Stack’ featuring buttermilk pancakes, whipped mascarpone, yuzu lemon syrup, and berries. The ‘You Had Me at Halloumi Bagel’, ‘Away in a Bagel’, and ‘Cheesy on the Eyes’ are some of the vegan and gluten-free alternatives. You can pay an extra £5 to upgrade and choose any other main from the standard menu if you want to.
Their second option is available from 3pm and is a ‘Bottomless Party’ – which is two hours of bottomless but later in the day. The drinks choice is the same but the food menu is slightly different, with choices like the Karaage Chicken Ramen, Caesar Salad, Manhatta Chicken, Steak frites and a selection of burgers including a Christmas Burger with crispy pancetta, pulled turkey, Monterey Jack cheese, crispy parsnip straw fries, sage & onion stuffing crumble, cranberry, and gravy pot.
This is also £35.95 and you can book on their website.
Banyan Festive Bottomless Brunch and Supper Club
Embrace the festive spirit at Banyan Newcastle with their Festive Bottomless Brunch and Festive Bottomless Supper Club menus. I always think Banyan is good for a big group as there’s plenty of space, and it’s in a good spot right in the centre of town by the market, Moosenwirt and on to anywhere else afterwards.
The Festive Bottomless Brunch at Banyan offers options such as the ‘Brie, Bacon & Turkey Melt’ featuring deep-fried Brie wedges, crispy bacon, turkey, and cranberry sauce on rustic ciabatta, the ‘Alpine Chicken Schnitzel’ and the ‘Merry Meatless Burger.
Bottomless drinks to choose from include Prosecco, Bloody Mary, Aperol Spritz, Poached Pear Spritz, Strawberry Spritz, or Coors pints. Their new festive cocktail for the season is the cranberry and ginger swizzle, which in my opinion is worth ordering just for the name. Non-alcoholic options include the Cucumber and Apple Crush.
Festive Bottomless Brunch at Banyan will cost you £39.95 per person, and is available until 3pm. Alternatively they are also offering a later option, at £42.95 per person, with the same drinks but a slightly different menu available from 3pm onwards. You can find both menus and how to book on the Banyan website here.

The Brunch Club 90’s Xmas Bottomless Brunch
This is a one off event on Saturday 2nd December, as Castro’s in the centre of Newcastle. Enjoy a 90’s themed bottomless brunch for £44.99 per person, where you’ll get 60 minutes of bottomless booze that includes black cherry frozen daquiri’s, Amstel beer, Thatcher’s cider, prosecco or soft drinks. Food wise you can choose from pulled chicken sandwiches, beef nachos, grilled cheese with fries or vegan nachos.
The entertainment is obviously 90’s Christmas, all your favourite hits being played, a live duo performing, and Christmas dress up is very much encouraged. This is a ticketed event and you can see full details and how to book your tickets online here.
Slug & Lettuce December Brunch Events
With two locations in Newcastle, Slug & Lettuce offers a festive bottomless brunch experience with a difference – mainly being their themed brunch events. The Christmas-themed brunch menu includes piggs in blankets waffle eggs, and berry pancake tacos, while enjoying unlimited Prosecco, Aperol Spritz, or selected cocktails. You can also upgrade to choose some different cocktails like Pornstar or Espresso Martinis.
On Saturdays in December the Slug & Lettuce brunches are themed as:

Revolucion de Cuba Festive Brunch
I love Revolucion de Cuba, the food is always good and so are the cocktails. Their festive bottomless brunch they say is 90 minutes of Cuban Christmas magic, and some of the specials on the menu for it include the Churros Stack – american style pancakes with sticky rum, the Christmas Cubano tortillas stuffed with streaky bacon and cheese, and the Cubano Benedict.
Drinks wise they have a standard option which includes their limited edition Mistletoe Martini, as well as the usual prosecco, San Miguel, Cuban iced Tea, Disaronno Fizz, Aperol Spritz and Mimosa’s. For a premium drink choice you can choose mojitos, pineapple daiquiri’s, Bloody Mary’s and Pornsta Rumtini’s.
See more info on the Revs de Cuba website here.
Revolution Wonder Brunch
Known for its lively atmosphere and innovative cocktails, Revolution are offering a Bottomless Wonder Brunch this festive season. There’s not actually much detail online about it, just some top level details and you can enquire here for more information.
Just to note, these aren’t all of the places that serve bottomless brunch in Newcastle, some of my favourites aren’t on the list. These are just the ones serving specifically festive bottomless brunch versions, which you can tell from their menus. Many other places that do bottomless brunches and boozy brunches are still serving throughout December, and these include the likes of Turtle Bay, Las Iguanas, Alfies, The Hudson and many more.
